Course introduction: Safeguarding Vulnerable adults: Recognising abuse

This interactive eLearning course, designed for both new and experienced healthcare assistants, provides an engaging and practical approach to safeguarding vulnerable adults. Through a combination of scenario-based questions, tap-to-reveal activities, and immersive videos, learners will gain a deeper understanding of the signs of abuse and learn how to respond effectively in sensitive situations.

Creating this course using Rise 360 was an exciting challenge that allowed me to blend creativity with instructional design principles. I leveraged Rise 360’s versatile features to craft a learner-centered experience that’s both informative and interactive. The platform's intuitive design tools helped me create dynamic content, such as interactive scenarios that simulate real-life situations, and visually appealing layouts that keep learners engaged throughout the course. My focus was to ensure that each module offered not only essential knowledge but also a practical learning experience that mirrors real-world care environments.

This project allowed me to refine my skills in course development, user experience design, and multimedia integration. It was a rewarding opportunity to deliver a meaningful course that empowers healthcare assistants to better protect vulnerable adults in their care, while also showcasing my ability to create engaging, impactful eLearning with Rise 360.
